Eliza Chowdhury
Eliza Chowdhury is a professional yoga instructor based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, specializing in various yoga teaching courses and trainings. She has completed certifications such as YIC, TTC, YTTC, and YCFC, along with training in yoga therapy and Traditional Thai massage.
Eliza also has experience in yoga instruction for diabetes movement, Vipassana, Suzuk Therapy, Surya Kriya, and the Happiness Program.
Her academic qualifications include a YIC and DYT from SVYASA Yoga University in Bengaluru, India, and she has worked at Matribhumi Heart Centre and Ascent Group in Dhaka.
Eliza is committed to promoting awareness of yoga and its benefits, particularly in managing conditions like PCOS.
