Frederic Simon

Frederic Simon studied Economics at the University of Strasbourg, France and later he joined the Theatre du Nain Jaune as an actor cum director and eventually as a Set Designer, Puppeteer and Transmedia Author. In 1992, he met Jeanne Hruclin and Dominique Houdart and explores the wonderful world of puppetry.

Frederic Simon has worked with many National and European organisations in the East of France, received exposure to many art forms like dance, music, circus, puppetry and theatre for the young.

He has been conducting Puppet workshops for professionals and young people in different parts of India and Nepal. He is now teaching online at University of Mumbai, Department of French. He is collaborating on a translation and book edition, “An Outline of Jainism” and also working on his own fiction play.
